The 2005 District Employee of the Year Jeri Ziliak, IDEA President, presented plaques to 2005 IDEA employees of the year at the 63rd Annual Conference of Soil and Water Conservation Districts held in Indianapolis. These individuals were recognized for outstanding service to their Soil and Water Conservation Districts in one of four categories. Pictured (from the left) is: Ziliak; Gloria Ruhe, Clay Co. SWCD, administrative/secretarial award; Ann Ice, Gibson Co. SWCD, education award; Nathan Stoelting, Clay Co. SWCD, technical award; and Bettie Jacobs, Jay Co. SWCD, multi-task award. The recognition is sponsored by the Indiana District Employees Association and was conveyed on the District winners during the annual conference awards banquet on January 18.
